I mean, this coffee is really smooth and not too bitter. It’s easy to drink every morning, and I don’t notice any weird aftertaste

My Gevalia order arrived looking really good, which kind of confirmed what I already expected from them. The box wasn’t dented or torn up, the corners were fine, and everything inside seemed packed snugly.
The coffee bags were clean and not crushed at all. It’s a small thing, but I always feel like Gevalia handles their stuff better than some other brands, and this delivery definitely backed that up for me.

The roast itself tastes smooth and even, which I really liked. It has a nice balance and doesn’t come off too harsh. That said, I’m not sure it totally stood out to me, so I have mixed feelings overall. Good, just not something I’m completely excited about

I had a problem where my order wasn’t showing the correct tracking info, so I ended up emailing customer service. I wasn’t really sure what was going on at first, but they replied the next day and explained it clearly. They also sent over the updated tracking info. It wasn’t totally perfect since I still had to wait a little longer than I expected, but they were polite and did help me out. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience

The whole beans were definitely fresh and they grind really nicely. I’m happy with the coffee itself, but I was a bit annoyed that the communication/details weren’t very clear upfront. Still, the beans are good.

I canceled my gevalia subscription without any drama at all. It only took a few minutes, and I didn’t have to chase down customer service or jump through a bunch of hoops. i was expecting it to be way more annoying, so it was a pleasant surprise. More companies should handle cancellations this way, it just feels like the fair and decent thing to do.

I really like how many different blends they offer. It makes it super easy to try something new and not get stuck drinking the same coffee all the time. having that much variety is a BIG plus for me.
